A Floatr initiative · Retire. Your Way.

Retirement is a conversation we need to start earlier.

Not just about an age, but about the life you want, the choices you want and the freedom to design your own tomorrow.

Professionals having a conversation in a modern workplace
Different people. Different futures. But financial preparedness starts much earlier.
Retirement isn’t one destination. It’s the freedom to choose what comes next.
Why this initiative

Retirement is changing.

People may want to stop working, work differently, start something new, pursue a passion, travel more, spend time with family — or simply keep working because they want to.

The point is not to define what retirement should look like. It is to make sure people have the financial preparedness and choices to define it for themselves.

01

Start planning while you are still earning.

02

Understand the choices available to you.

03

Bring financial wellbeing into everyday conversations.

04

Build the confidence to live on your terms.

Conversations that go beyond retirement

Retirement planning is about more than building a corpus.

It is about understanding the choices available to you, preparing financially for different stages of life and having the confidence to make decisions about how you want your future to look.

At the workplace, these conversations can become even more meaningful. Employers can help employees understand retirement benefits, financial wellbeing and long-term financial planning through relevant education and engagement.

Retire. Your Way. brings these conversations together through employee workshops, HR sessions, masterclasses and workplace financial-wellbeing programmes.
